Covenant Overview:
The Carthian Movement is the force for change in the city. We are the group that makes sure the government is not sitting on a decaying foundation.

Covenant Philosophy:
Calcification is evil. The Kindred race is too often stagnant and it is the Carthians who try to stop that. Within the covenant there are many ideas and opinions - you do not have to respect them all - but please only scream about it in private.

Covenant Tenants:
Carthians must be united. Other Carthians are allies. Beyond that - change is good bring change and new ideas to society so that it does not sit upon a weak foundation.
